1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return as per our refund policy.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges
